150g plain flour
100g butter
50g caster sugar
1 egg yolk
10g gingerbread spices
Mix all the ingredients of cookies together in a bowl and leave in the fridge for 45 minutes. Roll out chilled dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut with cookies cutter. Bake at 210 degrees about 12-15 minutes.
